Tongue: Very savoury, long comfortable finish. A little spicy on the tongue even after the throat.

Reminds me of Don Maximiano, but much better.

Solid solemn nose, slightly acidic with deep notes.
Excellent pairing with the succulent Argentinian grill. Perfecto!

Well bodied structure upon opening. Doesn't require waking before the palette of flavours rush towards the palette. However, it doesn't sit very well, as it starts getting dry towards the bottom. Probably better for fast drinking. — 8 years ago
