I like Shiraz but I found this one to be more bitter than I expected for the price. It wasn’t tannin like a big cab, but just left a bitter taste. I was eating spicy Indian so it might have been a pairing issue but I was expecting a spicy Shiraz to go well with a spicy dish — 6 years ago
