An interesting blend of two fragrant, aromatic grapes. It has good acid, but I have a sense that the flavors are so light as to seem perhaps a little watered down. A little warming my improve it. I was really excited about these Innovación blends, this white and two non-traditional red blends. The reviews of the Reds from customers at the store, and my first taste of this white blend convince me that the price is an appropriate marker of the success of the experiment. Decent, fun, not earth-shaking. — 10 years ago

2013-Creamy on the front, rich and round in the mouth, a little bit of bitterness on the back end, but not off-putting. Slightly chilled, drank by itself. Second night, with pan fried chicken (garlic, black pepper, and salt), the bitterness disappears, and the wine keeps its richness. — 10 years ago

Nice and rich, not hot (alcoholically), smooth. It stands up well to being open for several days with a seal. — 11 years ago
