Are you sure? :-) off course the taste is very subjective, but Riesling has the widest range of possibilities in that term. You can have very sweet (like auslese or eiswein) and very dry (fx.trocken). Sometimes regardless of the time of harvesting. And dry Rieslings are actually more numerous in production.
