Ruby. Smells of berries? Little bit of flowers. Taste, very surprising. Immediately get dry sensation on tongue, very aggressive. The expected berry flavor up front devolves suddenly into complex meaty and dusty flavors, then ends with a lingering tartness. — 11 years ago
Really mellowed after a few hours in the decanter. Harsh dusty flavors dissipated leaving raisiny warmth.

Inky purple. Grape jelly smell. Faint tobacco. For some reason I think of clean bathroom. Pretty dry, and a bit thin on the tongue. Acidic and bright. — 11 years ago
