Needed a few mins to open up. Floral, delicate, cherry nose with a hint of forest floor and earth. Distinct verve and spine with plenty of acidity. Moderate, not particularly lengthy, finish. Eaten wirh Peking Duck — a fantastic pairing with the fatty skin! — 5 years ago
My first Aligoté from the Côte Chalonnais! Aromas of oxidized cut green apples. — 5 years ago
Needed to be opened the night before...or in 4 years. Still tight. But a beautifully feminine, pretty nose. — 5 years ago
Not particularly notable but a great value for the price! — 5 years ago
Aromas of canned lychee, high-tone dried apricots, chamomile flowers, orange peel? Luscious body, creamy, yet high acid and mineral on the lengthy finish. What a great first impression. — 5 years ago
Ready to drink now. Had a very bloody quality to it, almost iron-y, metallic, for better or for worse. A bitter cherry finish. — 5 years ago
