Made myself some grilled halibut with noodles drizzled with lemon pepper white wine sauce. Used one cup of this in the sauce and drank a glass as I ate. Was delicious! Paired well with this dish. Probably due to the citrus notes in the wine and it’s light profile. — 5 years ago
