Raisin and spice. Smokyness, like hickory and cedar. There’s a bit of chew to it, like the fatty part of the steak. Slight acidity, well balanced, touch of tartness. Just delightful. — 7 years ago
Funky at first pop. Strong wet wool and stinky cheese aroma that needed to breathe. Gave way to a cashew nose with hints of lavender and shallots. Such a weird combination. Full body, rich, biting acid and a lingering finish. — 7 years ago
Really bright. Maraschino cherries, cranberry, and ripe raspberry. Light bodied and balanced nicely with tannin and acid. Good amount of sugar, 13.5 alcohol content. Wet earth on the nose. — 7 years ago
Delicious. Light bodied, smooth Nebbiolo. Tasing notes of dry earth, green pepper, clove/cardamom, light raspberry, dark cherry. Light acidity, no tannin. Well balanced. — 7 years ago
