It was good the first glass. However after that the aged taste hanged too bitter.
Taste of : earth, smoke, leather, tar, extremely peppery
Large amount of sediment in bottle

I don't believe it was meant to be tasted aged. Bottle is 2008 and we drink in 2019 — 5 years ago
