Argyle's "Nuthouse" Pinot. I love this winery, I've been to their tasting room at least half a dozen times, and I always come away with a bottle or two. While my wife and I are HUGE fans of their sparklers (especially the Extended Tirage and Blanc de Blanc), we also love their reserve series Pinots. The Nuthouse and Spirithouse are always among the most underrated in the Willamette Valley... yeah, I'd love to see the best of the best from Archery Summit go toe to toe with the Nuthouse in a blind tasting... good luck — 12 years ago
Ramazzotti's "Ricordo". Easily among the best Zin blends available from anywhere in California - suck on that Prisoner fans... oh, and it's cheaper too! — 12 years ago

This style of Zin really hits me right in the pleasure zone - hugely ripe, brimming with massive dark berry flavor, and enough sweetness to push this wine right to the edge of over-the-top, but not allow it to make that oh too common plunge. Pair this with nothing! Or maybe with a second glass? — 12 years ago
