... full, soft and delicious. Well worth the wait, after nearly 2 decades of cellaring, this '98 was purchased for the art long before I knew what good wine should taste like. No longer a huge fan of John Grillo, I am a fan of mature and well structured cabs. This Sonoma masterpiece brushed with just a hint of olive oil, but broader strokes of chocolate and leather. — 8 years ago
Very nice Merlot. Bigger and chewier than most merlot's but with a soft, delicious finish. Wish I had another to try again in a few months. — 8 years ago

... we like all the Goldschmidt sisters, and the Clinton sisters as well. Had been saving for the inaugural, but are now serving Chelsea and Hillary to our mutually devastated friends who deserve a finely crafted wine. Not over the top, this Merlot is smooth on the palate and refreshing. Chelsea is neither austere nor pretentious, and with it's amazing pedigree, it is certainly ready to lead off tonights dinner with dear friends. Later tonight, we will be enjoying Goldschmidt's "Hillary" as the keynote. Hopefully the delegates tonight will avoid 3rd party shenanigans, and stay thru dessert when we will serve a delicious chocolate cake.
