Hay coloured. Slightly honeyed, very juicy, mineral finish. Not mind blowing but paired nicely with teriyaki pork loins, miso cauliflower and chimichurri. Easy drinker. — 4 years ago
Pickled plum. Mineral finish. Sweet but tart. Elegant. But tasted better when we opened the bottle than by the end of the meal (pasta con le sarde, peaches in a champagne broth with fig). Great but would have expected more for £70. — 4 years ago
Lovely. Very salty and sandy at first, touch of lemon maybe. Juicier as it opened up. Lots going on. Great with the meal - barbecued mackerel, sardines, prawns, smoked aubergine etc. — 4 years ago
