Orange blossom, tangerine zest and light salinity on the nose. The orange blossom carries over into mouth in the beginning with big sharp salinity with some slate in the background. Creamy mouthfeel and ending on herbaceous tarragon notes. — 8 years ago

Nose: Dried apricots, some white spicy flowers like chrysanthemum, freshly cut pineapple, a little slate and petrol in the background. The apricots continue into the mouth, with more of a saturated jam flavor. The pineapple tartness comes out with more minerality, floral notes and some very light tannins from the skin contact. Had with St. Honore cake so works well with sweets. Delicious! — 8 years ago
