First taste was very tight, almost metallic. But it opened up nicely. St E profile on the austere side. I will lay my second one of this 2006 vintage down for a while. — 10 years ago

Best rose I have ever consumed. Completely balanced with light sweetness but also gentle acidity. The nose alone was worth long consideration with ripe apricot and dry flowers. Almost smells and drinks like a red! — 10 years ago

Was served cold but nose still bright. And fruity. Nice balance of fruit but still dry on the tongue. Opened up well throughout the meal as it warmed. Went well with both fish and osso bucco. — 10 years ago
