Tertiary development with some blueberry fruit, dried herb and lavender with complex notes of wet straw, feather, blackberry compote. Fresh and clean with acidity carrying it. Finishes with compote and lavender for days. In fact, I just burped and lavender, compote notes are huge. Get around it - a very special wine — 10 years ago
