The wine merchant who sold this to me characterized the Marselan varietal as a cross between a Grenache and Cab Sav. I taste the Grenache more than the Cab but I definitely see where he was coming from! This is a very easy drinker, heavy, not for the lover of tannins, and a little on the sweet side. — 10 years ago
