Opened this more on a whim from my wife, and was delightfully surprised. Needs to be chilled, which I thought about after and preceded to do quickly being new to sparkling wine. But it wasn’t sweet and was just great to kick back and enjoy. — 7 years ago

Surprised. Good decently priced. Has a hint of something I’m not skilled enough to identify as an after taste, but no less it makes this wonderful. Paired with pasta it was great. — 7 years ago
