Full disclosure, I make this wine. After 3 years of trials and a year in the market, I'm still consistently amazed by how well the flavors of the peppers and sauv blanc mesh. Food pairings are endless. Mexican dishes, spicy food in general. FYI, the Feds will not let us put varietal (it is all sauv blanc) or vintage on the label so look for the bottling date on back label to determine freshness. — 8 years ago
