8.2

Bready, lemon and apple aromas. All follow to the pallet. Slight acidity but finishes with a floral note. Fine but vivacious bubbles.
If you are looking for your first taste of champagne Piper is a great place to start.

A great example of a Chardonnay from the Margaret River Wine region.
Poached tropical fruits of peach and nectarine with citrus and cashew flavours that follow. Balanced with spicy yet creamy vanilla oak.

9.4

After decanting and allowing a couple of hours to rest this octavius has come to light.
Beautil red fuits which are showing graceful aging.
Plums are met with prunes.
Raspberries are slowly stewing.
Juicy and salivating.
Hints of dark chocolate coat the palate.
Cedary vanilla makes this a very well rounded experience.
Tannins are still present but are becoming well rounded with age.
Looking forward to enjoying another bottle in a couple of years to see further development.
