The Syrah in this 60 Cab - 40 Syrah blend brings forward that nice Santa Ynez fruit. I enjoyed this bottle unaccompanied by any food (man, that fruit again!) but I can see it working magically with pairings. Tri-tip anyone? — 8 years ago
