This wine has nice bouquet immediately after uncork but I don't get the same scent after been breathing for awhile. Same with the tasting. Initially I get a full grape and a little currant with a sensuous full bodied taste in my mouth. After about 10min the effect is different and I get acid taste and dry mouth. This was mildly sweet and fruity when we first uncorked. Went really well with chicken and rice. The second half of bottle sat in fridge for a couple days and now is acidic and a little bitter. At $9 for a magnum sized bottle I will definitely buy again but drink it faster ;-) — 9 years ago

OMG this was good! The first impression was strong beautiful legs. Next was aroma blend of caramel and vanilla. The first taste is a dark berry blend with blackberry, currant and maybe a little citrus high note. — 9 years ago

I'm new to wine tasting so this review probably isn't fair. But this wine is exactly the reason I've not gotten in to wines before now. This is acidic as hell both initially and 10 seconds after swallowing. Not enjoyable, not going to finish it. Wasted $10. — 9 years ago
