Big bold fruity red, aged in Pappy VanWinkle barrels. A little sweeter than I usually like, but not too fruity! Blackberry, currant, vanilla, a hint of the earthiness of a Syrah. It opens up nicely, as the sweetness fades a little. Will definitely have this one on hand going forward. — 2 years ago
