Not a typical Malbec. This one is more heavy. Some say ripe berries. I would tend to charactarise it as hints of tobacco and leather. — 9 years ago
Bonne qualitat/prix. Not to smokey Chardonnay which many South Amer. wines tend to have. — 10 years ago
Een van de betere witte wijnen die ik - in dit prijssegment - de afgelopen tijd heb gedronken. Strogele kleur, flinke houtlagering, wel met een bittertje. Stevige wijn. — 8 years ago
Good pinot noir, but don't expect anything spectaculair. Had the 2010 vintage. Would't buy it again. — 10 years ago
I agree with Chris W. Not the best pinot — 10 years ago
Had the 2010 vintage in 2016. First Condrieu for me ever, so I haven't any reference. But surely not the last Condrieu.....tones of honey in the nose, strong taste, oaky, taste of bitter — 8 years ago
Good pinot, not excellent I would say. It's a premier cru you can tell in the sense that it is an above avarage burgundy pinot noir. Very smooth and elegant, but it misses a certain depth. I do think the 2009 is pret a boire right now. Curious about its potential though. — 10 years ago

Saint-Romain is always a bit different. Acidity, but also a buttery taste. Like it.
Had the 2017 vintage October 2020. — 4 years ago
