Deliciosa! Dark purple in color. Red berry notes. Medium body with full mouth flavor. Light on acidity, so makes for a good pairing with high acidic dishes. — 6 years ago

Delightful medium-bodied Cava. Pours straw-yellow with fine, fast-moving bubbles. You’ll pick up tree fruit notes like apple and pear with hints of honey. It’s a bit too heavy to serve alongside starters, however, I’d use this bottle as a segway into a nice sav Blanc if you’re having drinks and food with friends. — 6 years ago
