Spice and tannin from Tannat (40%) for structure, Merlot (60%) for roundness. For red meat, including lamb. For those times when pure Tannat seems too much. A well made artesanal wine. — 10 years ago
The rosé gets its body from Cabernet Franc rounded by Syrah. A hint of acid on the tongue. Good for aperitif, salads, tapas. Tomato based pastas should match. — 10 years ago
