I'm becoming quite the Sierra Nevada fan. While it's nothing very fancy, as a hop head this hits all my right buttons. Love the flavor, well balanced, just overall a very solid drinkable beer. — 9 years ago

Wasn't thrilled. Quite a bit sweeter and more tart than French roses and sparkling roses we've had. Kind of like that person at the mellow party that's overly loud and touchy feely, killing the vibe. My face puckered a bit every sip. Wife didn't mind it until it warmed a bit from fridge temp, then she tasted it, too. — 9 years ago

Paired well with a turkey rose pasta sauce. Not as big and smokey as I usually like my California Cabs (a little sweeter, but not much). Wife and I both like it, would be a good regular everyday wine. 13.8% ABV is a plus. — 9 years ago
