When you buy this for a party (which for the value and the rating you inevitably will) and people say, "hmm this isn't very good" look them straight in the eye and say, "oh yeah? This is a French bordeaux you uncultured swine. Maybe your pallet isn't as refined..." and then walk away in a huff. Smooth vanilla notes with the tang of blackberry. My bottle (2014) was punishingly acidic (didn't stop me from drinking the whole bottle though) but, for the price, still drinkable. Expected more from a Bordeaux. — 8 years ago
