Intense cherry and sweet licorice. One of TJ’s higher priced bottles but well worth it! Enjoyed with the Merrimans in Atlantic Beach 12/30/18. 2014 vintage — 7 years ago
Full bodied. Deep. Black cherry. A pleasant discovery. THIS is what I believe a Cab should taste like. Reminds me of the cab grape I tasted at Robt Mondavi vineyards in Napa — 9 years ago
2018 Vintage. Light to medium bodied. Average. Pleasant but not overly impressive. Would have suited a summer meal better than the December home made lasagna dish we had this evening. — 6 years ago
2016 vintage. 8.99 at Kroger. Nice. Smooth. Not very complex but nevertheless an enjoyable everyday red — 7 years ago
Fruity—on the sweet side immediately after opening. With air it smoothed out and became more balanced. Drank a healthy initial pour over the course of 30 minutes or more and enjoyed throughout — 8 years ago
2015 vintage. First enjoyed at the source! We stayed at the Castello Vicchiomaggio in June of 2018 and was served this superb wine during the special 5 course meal at the Castle. Had to ship some home! Opened one of the bottles tonight to enjoy with some linguini and clams. Just as smooth and enjoyable as in Tuscany! Earthy and dry. Just know the remaining bottles are going to blow us away in 3 to 5 years. This is a wine with a ton of cellar potential. Going to order some more to put away for a long time. Will always think of our Italy trip when we drink this! — 7 years ago
Bought this on recommendation of store owner who offered superlatives. It’s good but not as good as I was sold. Spent north of 30 bucks on this one. Smooth and aromatic. Just not bold enough for my palate. Not very complex. Save your money. 2015 vintage. Had this with the Merrimans at their home in Atlantic Beach — 7 years ago

Must have picked a bad batch. The 2018 was very earthy, very oakey at first. I decanted this bottle in hopes of enjoying a great Napa Cab. Too acidic. Not full bodied as advertised…..medium at best. Did not improve very much in the glass. $50 at Total wine. Not worth it, not even close. — 4 years ago
