Had the 2023 vintage today. Paired with Spanish food. On the nose it was full of dark fruits and vanilla. On the tongue it has a spicy tobacco and dark cherry taste. I suggest letting it open up a bit before drinking. Overall a solid wine — a month ago

An interesting blend. Allowing for a lighter Sauvignon Blanc with all the same great flyovers. A hint of lemon with a citrus finish. Pairing it with pork tenderloin was amazing. — 3 years ago
