Yellow apple, nectarine, dried lemon with lots of minerality. Briny sandstone with some floral honeysuckle notes. Slight nuttiness. Says dry, but def off-dry. Medium plus acidity with moderate alcohol giving it a mild warmth. Moderate length and complexity. Liked it; didn’t love it. — 2 years ago
Excellent minerality on a 2014. Pairs well with sweetbreads — 2 years ago
1997 vintage. Plenty of time to decant and it opened to a very complex and balanced wine. Cherry, olive, green pepper, leather, hay, eucalyptus, earthy with nice minerality. Has an umami character. For me…a little funk of barnyard and brett make it muah! — a year ago
2013 Complex and delicious! Tobacco—even a hint of cigar. Call me crazy, but I detect the slightest hint of banana. Silky with nice tannins. — 2 years ago
Like caramel tobacco. Lovely. — 6 years ago
Delicious! I like Sauvignon Blanc, but some of it can be overpowering for me. On the other hand, love Assyrtiko. This is a beautiful blend! Not only terrific fruit and minerality, but nice and dry…and it has some brine…I dare even say a green olive tinge. Loved it…and even tastier when in Cyprus ;-) — a year ago
2019. A nice balance of fruits. Some pepper (not much) and a tiny hint of tobacco. Nice tannins and a lingering finish. Going to age my second bottle…likely better with time. — 2 years ago
I am picky about rose wines. This is very drinkable :-) — 2 years ago

Delicious! Had the 2019 with lobster and king crab. Perfect pairing. Apple, lychee, Asian pear, lemon, orange zest. Nice crisp spritey zing, but leaned toward off dry which made it just right. — a year ago
