Surprised at the different flavors coming out if this mead. I haven't met a mead that was memorable - until now. Went well with charcoal grilled, fatty bone-in pork chop and brown rice. Used a rub with brown sugar and fennel in it. This mead really brought the smokiness and fennel flavors out! — 7 years ago
