Nice wine with aromas of peach, lemon, and herbs. 10 seconds after sipping I'm still tasting all the flavors. Did I mention it was only $16 bucks a bottle? Medium acidity. — 10 years ago
This is not a wine that u would typically write a novel on, but what It had going on worked. Had citrus notes of lemon and lime and was grassy. Not an insanely mouth-watering Sauvignon Blanc, but hey, this is Bordeaux not New Zealand, so it was exactly what I expected. You know how your basic Bordeaux can be hit or miss - this was a hit. — 10 years ago
This has aromas of strawberry , watermelon, and roses with medium-acid. ( meaning my mouth is watering for about 10 seconds.) I paired it with a sockeye salmon with a lemon-basil pesto sauce I made. The lemon in the sauce and the acid in the wine created a very good pairing. I'm ranking it a very good - rather than love it. This is only based on the price. Would like to have seen it just a few dollars less. But it is delicious! And I'm now getting some orange rind aromas - as it warms up! Yum! — 10 years ago
