Definitely a brut but very smooth, not overly dry. Don't you dare turn it into a mimosa. This is the winery where we had our first "I love you" over a flight of sparkling wines so it's a sentimental bottle for me! — 11 years ago
I had to know if this Chard was buttery. It's smooth but I wouldn't say buttery. Didn't blow my mind but definitely drinkable. — 11 years ago
Way too sweet but I'm finding that most Midwestern made whites are — 11 years ago
Not bad but rather underwhelming. It's hard to describe the flavor profile because there's not much there. This should be a $10 wine. — 11 years ago
Aroma is floral. Taste is smooth and buttery. Definitely one of my new faves. I don't think Cakebread makes anything that isn't beautifully balanced. — 11 years ago
Perfect for drinking really cold on a hot day! — 11 years ago
Very popular in Kansas City so I had to find out why. The marketing made me think it would be edgy but it's not- in a good way. Sweeter than I expected, sweet and crisp. Would be a great picnic wine. Good for non wine drinkers. — 11 years ago
Way too sweet but I'm finding that most Midwestern made whites are. This reminded me of mead so if you like that maybe this will score higher with you. — 11 years ago
