For someone who is typically turned off to Chardonnay and prefers more mineral forward whites this blend was something that shocked my taste buds. It was crisp and mineral with a slight limestone. It paired well with the charcuterie board we had to pass and transitioned well over into dinner with white fish and greens. This wine is one white that I will recommend and purchase again. — 7 years ago
