While jamming to Nahko this velvet wine goes down slow and steady with a hint of bitter orange....but not in a bad way — 8 years ago

The hunters red ended with a delightful bite and dry, but mouth watering mouth. — 8 years ago
Feeling pretty good with this choice of wine tonight. We aerated our pour and we delighted with how smooth it went down. Paired nicely with the BBC's Robin Hood series

I was pleasantly surprised with this wine. I chilled the wine for 30, let breathe and paired a hearty ratatouille with feta, green olives, and almonds, alongside a couscous and watercress salad with a creamy herb dressing and a portion of fine grilled salmon. Or maybe it was the company we were with and the building excitement of the children returning back to school in a few weeks that made this wine so good. — 7 years ago
As I drink deeply of this much anticipated noir, I am welcomed by the rough oaky feel in my mouth. As this nectar of Dionysus flows over my tongue I am greeted by the tartness of cranberries. Is there no end to his gifts of harvest? — 8 years ago
