Very sweet nose with strawberries frontloaded slight vanilla and leather. on the palate lot of tanins to start out and nothing really popping at first. Berries show back up slight oak slightly acidic for my taste — 4 years ago

Enjoying this vintage on christmas eve. Leather cedar berries and apples on the nose. As soon as it hits the palatte, fruit platter spread out on an oak cutting board. Theres a richness thats coats the mouth. Long finish. — 2 years ago
Nose: tobacco, dark berries, caramel on the tail end of the nose
Palate: medium oak, cherry, slight metallic aftertaste that builds upon opening. Not quite off putting but not inviting. Slightly above med dry. Metallic taste actually subsides the longer this oxidizes and the wine becomes more smooth. Picking up very light berries jam
