This, right now, at least, is unyielding as tight as a drum. Nose has intense crushed stone with a bit of bitter cherry. In the mouth, this is all scaffolding and no interior design. Minerally, good acids, tight, hard. This clearly needs time, but I’m wondering if it will ever get to a place where it’s actually pleasurable. — 7 years ago
