This wine is outstanding. So soft and slight, but full of delicate nuance and depth. On the nose there’s that lovely petrol or rubber note that opens you up to the sweetness of the wine, but when you taste the attack is so gentle and the acidity so perfectly balances the rounder fruit notes that you end up with this magically cleansing lively mouthfeel. Ideal for Asian cuisine. This wine is perfect for adventurous curious drinkers to bring to their friends who swear they only like Sauv. Blanc. First encounter ever with a Natural wine, and undoubtedly in a class itself. Extremely complex and fresh. It almost feels carbonated, with notes of yeast and spice and pure un-tampered fruit that make the wine feel alive. — 8 years ago
