We drank this at Independence Grove, Libertyville, IL. We had a picnic with a cold chicken tortellini tossed with tomatoes, pesto and garlic. A 7 grain salad and fresh greens salad with Ceasar dressing. The temperature of the wine was just right, not too cold to mask the flavor. It was very dry which I like. I did not get much aroma, but I do have allergies and I was outside :) I like the clean feel of it in my mouth. The color was a pleasant light pink. My wife also liked it a lot. I recommend it for a picnic or just drinking on the patio. — 9 years ago
