Very fruit forward but in a pleasant way. Being unoaked, it is very refreshing in our 85-90° climate here in South Florida. My first time with a Perricone but it wont be my last! Great with buffalo style grilled chicken and roasted cauliflower coated in garbanzo flour and dipped in buffalo sauce. Nice contrast with spice. Stands up to it well! — 6 years ago
