Clean crisp and neutral. No oak, alight hints of fruit but subtle — 2 years ago

smooth but has a cherry tart taste to it that isn’t my personal favorite note. Could imagine it would go well with a nice duck dish as it is not too heavy — 3 years ago
Even after aging 5 years, tastes very young and not as much depth as I was hoping for. — 5 months ago

I was talking to a winemaker up in Paso who just received his first 100 💯 from Jeb Dunnick said Cabernet shouldn’t be grown in Paso, it’s just not a natural location for it 🤷🏼♂️, not too many make Cabernet and those who do use a lot of additives such as Austin Hope.

AH is marked up a lot at retail, I tried since I was getting it at $20.00 from a distributor but just too artificial tasting but had a lot of friends who liked it so I bought several cases over a few vintages until they got burned out on it. Paso is Rhône country and some Tempranillo
