Interesting wine, deep red almost ink in colour, gentle on the rise but then quite 'ballsy' at first taste, mellows to a very small degree thereafter. Youthful plum, dried spices and a slight hangover coming up. — 10 years ago

I wasn't expecting such a solid wine after pulling it out from the back of the cellar (cabinet) give Hope is better known for their concerts than wine. However, a big surprise. A lovely deep colour, young berry fruit on the nose and a very balanced 'buttery berry crumble' on the palette. — 10 years ago
