Sweet dark fruit with subtle spice on the nose. On the palate ripe plum and candied black fruit with undertones of sweet tobacco leaf. Soft medium tannins and medium acidity. Loads of fruit and a big soft body but not complex or layered. A somewhat one note wonder with not enough interesting things going on for my taste. If you like big fruit forward wines that are easy drinking due to the soft tannins and weak backbone then this one is for you. High alcohol.. may have residual sugar — 4 years ago
