An interesting blend of Gravenstein and Pearl apples from Washington state with a dash of sugar and a touch of grape skins. 6.9% ABV. A sparkling rosé-like cider, this is a fine summer cider and aperitif. The flavor is great, the balance of acid and sweet (in favor of the acidic Gravensteins) slightly off but the grape skins add a lovely pink color and lend complex flavors to the mix. — 9 years ago
Found in the Putney VT co-op. 6.2% alcohol, very pale, lightly floral and slightly acidic. No specific apple varieties. Blend. Fine example of VT cider. Well balanced and slightly sweet. — 9 years ago
