Very nice Old World Sauvignon Blanc. Grapefruit, lime, a little green apple on the nose. On the palate, older grass and loads of minerality. Had a glass with a Moroccan chili for a surprisingly nice pairing. This isn't the SB you drink on the deck next to the lake. It isn't thoughtlessly "crisp and refreshing."
