Tannic, not huge. Green bell pepper, and fennel, but carries with a decent amount of acid behind it. Would absolutely crush with a steak, but not my favorite by itself. — 4 months ago
Bright acid, tart cranberry, thin and little tannin. Sage or pine finish very herby. Easy with food but stands out by itself. — 4 months ago
