2010 Pindar Merlot. Very approachable. Flavors of citrus, grapefruit in particular. It slightly over-powered my pan seared Salmon but went well with the red wine based claret sauce, new potatoes, rice pilaf and asparagus. Yes, thats 2 carbs. — 10 years ago
