2010 vintage. Initial cherry on nose dissipated quickly for me; flat aromas disappointing. Palate was a better bet, juicy and ripe with fruit with medium tannins and nice weight. Woodsy, spicy. Mmm. — 10 years ago

Not a fan; green pepper and hints of burning rubber at the back of the throat.
No fruit to write home about. Disappointing. — 10 years ago
Faint nose of fresh young strawberry, with cherry tomatoes and a touch of crushed sage. Aroma subdued. Palate still refreshing though with great acidity..tomato water and light juniper/sage on palate. 2013 vintage — 9 years ago
Inky purple hue, opaque. Aromas of fresh crushed blackberries and violets-really. Palate shows rich fresh blackberry and chocolate with some floral finish. Nice with a piece of juicy grilled meat! — 10 years ago
Almost disappointing, light fluff on opening; after decanting 40 minutes or so this opened up and revealed cooked plums and figs on the nose and palate. Medium weight and a rather short finish but a nice value Bordeaux from my local purveyor for $15.99 (2011 vintage) Would repurchase again. — 10 years ago
Sage, minerality, black plums and black olive noted. — 9 years ago
For $10 this is a steal..leather, cedar and cigar box with cooked plum and figs on the nose. The palate reveals stewed fruit and a short but pleasant finish. Again, for the money a steal and a great table wine.

Well balanced, with great blueberry pie & light, fresh nutmeg up front, sexy, smooth tannins with a little sweet Vienna coffee finish. Yes, indeed, a lot going on with this one. I miss the mocha I like with my favorite Malbecs but a good one, for sure. — 10 years ago

White peaches, fresh thyme and brisk minerality on the nose. Strawberry and peach on the palate, a touch of the ocean. Hot. 2013 vintage: 30% Mourvèdre, 33% Cinsault, 22% Grenache, 5% Syrah. — 9 years ago
