A Malbec that we liked. Enough body and fruitiness to make it enjoyable. Not a lot of richness, spice or acidity, but pleasant and drinkable. Still identifiable as a Malbec. — 5 years ago
Nice, rich shiraz. Definitely plum-y, and cherry, and a hint of whisky smoke. Not too spicy, as Shiraz goes. Try again — 7 years ago
Very oaky and smoky — 8 years ago
2017 vintage. Pretty good. Fruity light with a touch of spice. Light body. Finish is fair. Would drink again on a casual basis but surely there are way better wines from this region — 4 years ago
Nice rich Zinfandel. Notes of pepper and plum — 6 years ago
Cheap. Wegman’s purchase. Decent for the price, but no need to drink again — 7 years ago
Very “adult” wine; doesn’t taste like apple or grape juice. Has some French mustiness to it. Nice smell. Not syrupy or overly dry. Flavors pretty nondescript probably due to mix of grapes. Fruity, but hard to say what fruit flavor. Drinkable and would buy again. We had 2019 vintage in Sept 2020. — 4 years ago
Bleh. Nose: band aids and rubbing alcohol. Taste: watered down wine made with 2nd pressing of grapes. No off notes but nothing tasty either. Not so bad that we couldn’t finish the bottle, but certainly nothing to seek out or buy again — 7 years ago
2001 vintage Barn smell. Wet wood. Warm. Barely taste the grape. — 8 years ago
