For a Merlot, I expected darker and stronger. Instead I got a wine that is light and medium body at best. Not to say it’s bad; not at all! Easy to drink and enjoy without being tortured by excessive tannins and after-taste. Fruity on the nose and pleasant on the palate makes this bargain wine a winner for me. $12 or less per?
